Hello – client sent me on a 2 day foreign assignment. Portraits on day one and story about a river on day two. Portraits went fine but torrential rain on day two meant that nobody was out picnicking/playing on the river.

I warned them of forecast and they said early on morning of day two not to worry about the river pics.

Should I charge them a kill fee or cancellation fee for the 2nd day of the assignment or just let it go.
