Hello – i know the likes of Bulletproofme.com and vestguard.com can only ship to address in their country (US and UK) due to arms export license regulations for manufacturers but does anybody have any experience of getting body armor, helmet and plates shipped from US or UK to Afghanistan without any customs issues???

I am assuming I can get it delivered from manufacturer to friend in London who can FEDEX it to me in Kabul!?

Any one tried this??
