About

I am a freelance photographer from India. I love to do documentary works and street photography. I am also fascinated by artificial lighting techniques and tabletop shooting. I use Leica CL for film based work and Canon 400D for digital. I am also conversant with post-production photo-editing in photoshop. My strenght in photography is handling very dynamic situations and people in open public place, and my biggest weakness is my lack of experience in film development which I am planning to make up.

I am open to any photographic assignments and also I am ready to travel.

PT: Posed street photographs

Street photographers often face this, at least in my part of the world, when people (mostly kids) request you to take their photos and stand before your camera in a pose they feel most interesting.

I request you all, my friend, to post here some of those photographs that you have. Here is my contribution:

I was shooting the new site for Mullick Bazar flower market in Kolkata, when these kids located me and asked me to take their photos. I toned the photo a bit in Lightroom.
