Sarah Schorr

Sarah received her BA in Englisth Literature from Wesleyan University in 1999 and her MFA in Photography and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts in 2005. Her first solo show, “STARLETS,” opened at Scalo Gallery in 2004. Since then, her work has been shown in many group exhibitions, and fairs such as PhotoNY, AAF Contemporary Art Fair, and Scope. Recently, “Steel Butterflies,” a solo show her images from Tibetan brothels opened in Kathmandu, Nepal. Her photography is represented by Yancey Richardson Gallery in New York.
