scammm?????
Hello everybody. I know this might sound stupid , please I’m just seeking some giudance : last month I bought a brand new crt computer screen, 450$, from a shop in the west coast, ATRINITI is the name.
to make it short, it had problems. On the box there was a sheet of paper sayng that in case of problem I should have called directly the manufacturer, PHILIPS in this case, instead of the retailer shop.
I did that, and they sand me a new one, or at least I tought so. The second wasn’t working either, like the third and the fourth . Anyway after almost 2 months I’m up to the forth monitor that they send, none of them working, and since they wouldn’t give my money back, I asked if they could accomodate me for the incovenience with a smaller screen , an Lcd same price, and waited for an answer. They keep feeding me with b…...... about it and when I asked to talk to a supervisor, they keep telling me he was away or on weeks long meeting etc… Today , since I haven’t been able to work on my photos for almost 2 months I call them up again. Same . Then a “supervisor” called me up saying that they would not be able to get me the lcd screen, but they could just send me a new one of the previous kind. They were basically sending me refurbished ones all this time, without me knowing it.
This is silly I know, but I tought that somebody would be able to help me out with this
