Senthil Kumaran was born 1977 in South India. After studying computer science in Madurai University, India, he worked as a software engineer in Indian defense. Meanwhile, he pursued photography, and in 2001 he quit his software field and studied Journalism & Communication and 2005 entered as a freelancer Photo-Journalist.
He photographed whatever he came across on his daily life, mainly focused with Social and Cultural Documentation. He has won several international awards that include UNESCO, City Magazine and Photo Life Magazine award. In 2007 he got a Geographical Photographer of the year award from Royal Geographic Society, London.
Working Experience : Five Year Experience in photojournalism field.
Current : Member & Photographer of â€œTrikaya Photosâ€ Online News Agency in India.
