Has anyone come across a company called Zinio? They seem to be distributing electronic copies of a wide variety of magazines from all over the world.

Apart from the question of whether the copyright holders have agreed to distribution of electronic copies of their photos etc., the promo presentation on the front page of their website (http://www.zinio.com/) encourages customers to take the photos in the magazine which they claim are “coffee table images at any size”, to make copies and “Share. Spread the love. Email it to a friend or post it to your favorite social site”.

Is there something in US copyright law that gives them the impression that they can do this? They seem to be encouraging their customers to break UK copyright law at least.
