Slideluck Potshow, Los Angeles

Consider this your invitation to Slideluck Potshow Los Angeles. What, may you ask, am I talking about? I’m talking about a slideshow and I’m talking about a potluck. Slideluck Potshow is a gathering of members of the arts, photography, and media communities to share and celebrate art for one inspired evening. Based in New York and held in many cities internationally, SLPS is the first ever digital art salon and potluck all in one! This event, which happens thrice yearly in New York City and brings together about a thousand spirited individuals, is about to have another go in Los Angeles. Submit your art work for SLPS LA! We are currently seeking creative, thought-provoking submissions. Participants are encouraged to take creative risks, in terms of content and presentation, and to not just show their portfolios. The submissions are collected and curated in advance of the slideshow. Cutting-edge multimedia presentations are welcomed and all shows are accompanied by music, commentary, or other surprises. We will be showing about 30 artists work, from Los Angeles and elsewhere Contributors in past SLPS from around the world include: The Guggenheim Foundation, Alec Soth, Elliott Erwitt, Chris Buck, Elinor Carucci, Martin Schoeller, Alex Majoli, Jill Greenberg and Bruce Gilden.

Hey Guys, we have a lot of good submissions for this show, but we need more Photo J! So far we are showing, among others, Catherine Ledner, Stephanie Diani, Vivica Menegaz and Lauren Greenfield. We know there’s lots of talent kicking around LA, and we love to see it!
