Rich Mattingly

Originally born in Montreal, I grew up in Tennessee and went to college in Maryland before joining the United States Marine Corps. As a combat correspondent in the Marines, I’ve spent time in the Middle East and the Pacific. In 2006, I received Leatherneck Magazine’s Photographer of the Year Award for my work in Afghanistan. My photography and publishing credits are diverse, ranging from Newsweek to the Pakistan Times. I most recently had my work used on CNN.com.
