Pelican cases proved helpful when the UK decided to try fear-mongering in June last year.

Please remember check in luggage gets scanned twice and anything in your pocket gets scanned atleast 5 times. Keep your film in a transparent ziploc bag and hope that they agree to a visual check. Make sure you have no camera battery with you in person, they might get confiscated.

Hey Joe,
You should be able to carry on your camera gear- I did about one month ago or so and it was not a problem… Just take out any batteries or anything that is not obviously camera gear.
Good Luck….

Thanks guys got my film in clear plastic bag so hoping they give will be ok with that, my highest iso is 400 so even if they do get x-rayed they should be fine. Will try and get cameras on plane thanks Scott.
