Info for Iran

Hi LS members. I am looking for names and addresses in Iran. Cheap but clean Hotels, possibly with wifi, drivers, fixers preferably English speaking, and whether you need to go to the ministry of Information to get a media pass to work in Iran on Photo essays, as I know you need one in some other Middle East countries.
