US based company with small budget is looking for an extraordinarily talented photojournalist for new ad campaign.

Looking for someone whose work is more gritty…with a focus on sports, music, urban life, adventure, etc. Not interested in softer subjects. Also must be raw talent. Don’t want anyone who has been published in any major media outlet nor won any major awards/scholarships.
