Stephen Mallon's Industrial landscape portfolio on PicturaPixel
|
Hi Folks,
PicturaPixel Magazine (www.picturapixel.com) has a new portfolio online. You can view the industrial landscapes shot by Stephen Mallon and also hear him explaining his project on the slideshow. Mallon shoots large format, lives in New York and is the president of the NY Chapter of ASMP.
Enjoy!
Best,
G.

and I loved the series located here as well of found images compiled by Peter Lucas, check it out..

These pics are very inspiring and are another push for me towards starting to use LF myself. LF does make you look closer at the compositional aspect, no matter how much I love the Leica M, I must atmit this. Not even to mention the resolution.

Erica, thanks for the plug. The images found by Peter Lucas are beautiful and his story is just unbelievable.
Francis, I have to admit that I felt the same way regarding the LF. I am not using it yet, but I am a lot closer to it now…

“soul of a painter and the eyes of a kid”, that’s just perfect!

Thanks Simon. Actually, he (Mallon) also loved this quote.
