Steven James Scott

I work as a freelance photographer shooting press, event, portraits, and even sometimes a bit of fashion. I am also a film school graduate, so I work occasionally as a cameraman for music videos, short films, and corporate identity films. I am able to produce work in multimedia, incorporating use of video as well as audio slideshows.

I take my work seriously, and I always strive for technical excellence, but I’m also very good with people. My first challenge in photographing someone comes before I even lift my camera. I must make a connection, allow them to relax, and encourage a sense of comfort in being themselves.
