Photo-journalist, based in Thailand, covering news and features in the region for publications including Time -Asia, Marie Claire,  Newsweek, Australian News Ltd., South China Morning Post.

 

In addition to his reportage published in publications world-wide, Sandford has also assisted in production of film documentaries for Stern TV, Channel Five France and the Discovery Channel.

 

His writings have appeared in the Globe and Mail, Sawasdee Travel, South China Morning Post magazine, the Ottawa Citizen and the Australian newspaper.

 

Recent images from last December’s Tsunami were displayed in a charity exhibition in Bangkok , entitled “After the Wave – Tsunami Reconstruction”, with proceeds to the Foundation for Thai orphans.
