Varies per agency and usage. Here is one respectable photographer/businessman who publishes his prices. Just to get an idea what’s possible. There are no set rates, and obviously, the better/unique/desirable the image, the more value it has.
Many shooters use a program called PhotoQuote to guide them through the many variables involved.
Good luck.

Hey Kat!
PhotoQuote is a big help in giving a baseline when costing, but I cost out my direct stock sales on a case to case basis instead of following a formula (e.g discounted rates for regular clients. My income in stock sales from Alamy is not very significant, compared to directly selling the collection to clients. Then again, I have not been so diligent in updating my stock collection with the agency.
‘Sell & Resell Your Photos’ by Ron Engh is offers good primer in selling stock directly.
Cheers!

Another way to price stock sales is to check on Getty and Corbis websites and see what they would charge for Rights Managed Stock Photos for the same use as you are trying to figure out.
