About
Sumaryanto Bronto is a photographer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He graduated with a degree in Archeology. he started his career as a photographer when he studies at university as contributor for associated press. he studied photojournalism when he took part in a World Press Photo course at the Pañña Institute of Photography in 2007.
Bronto’s work has been acknowledged with several awards which includes Anugerah Adiwarta Awards, Indonesia Photojournalist Awards, and John Hopkins anual International photo contest.
He is interested in portraiture and photo documentary that close to his heart and spark his curiosity
