Looking for Summer housing in NYC

Hello,
we are two male students, age 25, from Germany. From May until the end of August we will volunteer for Witness, a human rights and video organisation based in Brooklyn, New York. So we are looking for an apartment or sublet for four months in Brooklyn or nearby with a maxiumum rent of $1500 per month (utilities included). For the first weeks, one room which we can share would also be ok. We both are nice, sociable guys, clean and addicted to music. We will arrive on Monday, 28th of April.
