Tallulah is a Vancouver-based photographer who specializes in contemporary
portraiture, documentary photography and fine art projects.
Her photography has been exhibited in both solo and group art exhibitions.
Recent exhibition highlights include: “Soles Exposed”, a photographic
exhibition of high-heeled shoes, premiered in Vancouver 2006; and “Geisha:
Person of the Arts” which received a solo exhibition in Beijing, China in
2007. The latter photographs showcased the private life of geishas, to
which Tallulah was given exclusive access to.
Her documentary photography has taken her to international locales,
including Scotland, Mexico and Africa
Her photographic coverage of the HIV/AIDs epidemic in Soweto, South Africa,
was featured in Elle Canada May 2008.
This fall, Tallulah will be traveling to Haiti to photograph a Medeciins Sans Frontieres maternity clinic where 1.500 babies a month are born to the country’s desperately poor mothers.
