Theo Ribeiro 29, is a photographer, mountaineer and geographer, graduated by the University of São Paulo. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, Theo has worked as a professional photographer since 2003. His work has been comissioned by institutions, media, events and advertisement projects, mostly related to travel, nature and adventure sports.
“My purpose is to translate, into images, the amazing experience of the world that surrounds us – from the extreme and remote to the ordinary and everyday life."
He has produced photographic work for customers and publications such as: Go Outside magazine, Veja magazine, Isto é magazine, Caminhos da Terra magazine, Aventura e Ação magazine, Headwall magazine, O Globo newspaper, Real / ABN AMRO bank, Goodyear, Kailash (adventure gear), Dupont, Guia BEI – Unibanco (travel guide), Webventure (adventure on the web), Solo (adventure clothing), Alaya Expeditions, Chevrolet Rally Team, By (adventure clothing), Try ON and Supplex, amongst others.

Combining talent and high mobility, Theo has covered adventure sports events in Brazil and other parts of the world. His coverage work includes: Rally dos Sertões, Volvo Ocean Race, Ecomotion Pro, Desafio de Los Volcanes, among others. Adding to this, his camera has already framed many different locations – from the Amazon, Pantanal, Brazilian outback and Brazilian cities, to the Andes, Himalayas, Pakistan, Bolivia, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay – always seeking the combination of adventure, nature, culture and science.
