Am flying to Port au Prince on monday 5th. For those who have been there recently, I am looking for recommendations on prepaid cellphone line that I could get on airport and that has best rates for calling and texting Europe? Would my European Cellphone work with the networks there?

Also, how reliable is electricity in Haiti in General? I would need that once in a while for my batteries.
