Timothy Kagema Wanjue

Freelance journalist for the international media. Timothy produces documentary video, reports spot news and writes features. He has worked with an assortment of International media houses.
Timothy covered the Kalazaar outbreak in Wajir, Kenya for Aljazeera International. He also is an investigative reporter for the Kenyan media where he writes for the Nation Media Group. He exposed a crime ring in Nairobi where carjackings were being perpetuated by corrupt police in cahoots with ex-convicts early this year.
Timothy reported, translated and produced the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation’s ‘Contact Magazine’ radio programme from 2000-2001.
He studied journalism at the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication in Nairobi.
Currently he is the Contributing content editor and journalist for WIR pictures.
