I’m moving to Thailand, and have a room opening up in the place I’ve been staying. There are two other roommates in the unit, one is a photographer and the other is a teacher, who are both great people!.

The room – It’s relatively large for NY standards (so I’ve been told by long time NY residents) and has a wall length closet and hard wood floors. The room itself is going for $533.33 a month, which includes heat and water. The only other costs are gas, electric, and internet – which so far have not reached above $150 a month between three people.

The room is in a split level house in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Its a quiet neighborhood and is a short distance from the 2 and 5 lines (the 5 is express!). Additionally the house has a large yard with a garden, compost, trees, and a brick barbecue.
