Pat, put up some images and something about yourself, and you may get more replies on a subject like this…. not to be a dick, but it has been known to be a touchy subject as it isn’t exactly always legal.

Haven’t done it myself (so I’m free to squeal) but have talked to a number who have. You actuality/technically can’t go from the US.

Go to another country and get your passport entry stamp and then go to Cuba. Don’t get your passport stamped for exit or entry by either Cuba or the other nation… This will be bad for you. Come back to the US via the same country.

I have one friend who used Canada (Toronto). Another used México. Yet another used a boat from a nearby island nation. All three said it was uneventful. Just don’t chat about the fine rum and cigars to the US border agent. ;)
