Aranzadi gets the story out from hostile environments, living with the FARC guerrilla in Colombia, interviewing talebans in Afghanistan or accessing to Al Shaabab training camp in Somalia… and those are just some examples of his extensive war experience.
Using his cameras, pen and microphones he reveals the uncovered scenarios of the so called â€œglobal war against terrorâ€ specially those areas where human rights are violated.
His independent documentaries about international current affairs have an alternative journalistic angle in which media is use for a social change. For him journalism means activism.
