UNICEF POY Award applications

I believe you’d be covered under Patrick’s area OR James Delano. It’s a bit murky for me to distinquish competely between the 2 based on the wording of “SE Asia or East Asia”. Patrick’s territory includes “oz and kiwistan”…so does this stop at Indonesia/lower Pacific?…or does it include the peninsula of thailand, cambodia, laos, vietnam etc…Im guessing James’ territory…but not certain.

James WD seems to be the only designated POY Award rep who gives any information on how to submit images to him. I’ve sent a message to Patrick Brown’s email – the one listed on his LS site – but have heard nothing. So what to do? I’d like to submit some images but don’t want to waste my time if the contact address or the specs are wrong. Also, time is running out on this one. Any suggestions?
