URGENT: need an ISDN line in Hong Kong

I need to do an ISDN link tomroow (Friday) out of Hong Kong for radio and i am looking for somewhere I could rent a line for an hour. Like the NPR or BBC bureau in the territory etc…

check in with the FCC (Foreign correspondent club) in central, they should be able to help.
