URGENT: Need to Buy Nikon/Canon lens in Pristina/Skopje/Etc

So I dropped my nikon down the hill recently, rolled a few times on the asphalt and took a chip out of the bottom but I thought all was well… All isnt. Backfocuses randomly on 80-90% of the photos, sometimes 1 meter sometimes 20, nearly unusable. Need to buy a new lens, 24mm Nikkor preferable but a friend here has a backup Canon 10d so I could grab a 24mm Canon if I needed. Pristina or somewhere in Kosovo (Prizern?) would be ideal but I dont mind going to Skopje or even Belgrade but Skopje is closer and cheaper… Need ASAP. Thanks in advance!
