velvia

Anyone shot Velvia 100? Im wondering, I shoot Velvia 50 at 80 ISO and then process normally. What about the 100 ISO stuff? thanks.

I shoot velvia 100 (not F,) 80 ISO and let it over expose slightly. I shot velvia 50 40 ISO, same sorta results. ;)

I shoot the 50 at 40 and the 100 at 100. The 100 is good stuff. Kenneth you must have very saturated transparencies. I’ve found the Velvia 50 to be too saturated at 50. Actually, I’ve shot it at 32 and it looks good. Whatever.

yes, they are saturated. but not so bad. the color in my gallery is shot this way. although i have had people tell me they wish they could see shadow detail :)

Just a thought. Why don’t you take a roll and do a test shoot to see how you like it. Shoot a roll rated at different ASA’a and note the frame number. Then you can review the results for your self.
Good luck
