Victor Jammal

Víctor Jammal was born in Mexico. He came to photography when he was studying ethnomusicology at the National School of Music in UNAM, study sociology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and photography courses at the center of the image of the national council for culture and the arts.
Start working as an assistant in photo editing for the magazine “Letras Libres” and collaboration in the Gazette “Voices Coyoacán”, his first series was done for your community which Coyoacán title “The Coyol” is published in regional media and participate in online exhibitions.
In January of 2005 arrives in Madrid for collaboration with the Embassy of Mexico in Spain in a period of 6 months and begins in the work in photo editing for websites. Collaborates as free agents in Eropa Press and NOTIMEX Press.
He now lives in Madrid where he works his creative image editing and photo online.
