VII workshops

Hi, has anyone out there attended a VII workshop, particularly in Israel? I’d love to hear about your experience.

Hi Melanie,

I have attended a VII workshop in May 2005 and it was a good experience.The workshop was in France with Gary Knight.
If you have the money for it, it is worth doing one.

i attended the jerusalem workshop in december last year. it was a great experience. Gary is an amazing mentor, and both Gary and Alexandra are wonderful to learn from, really caring and insightful. great experience. please pm me if you want specific answers.

Hi Melanie,

I attended the workshop in Cambodia last year and the one in Kashmir this year. They are not cheap but if you can afford you won’t regret. Great and challenging experience. You get to meet a lot of great people and Gary is fantastic.

i attended a VII workshop in Bali (Aug 2005) with both John Stanmeyer and Gary Knight…both excellent mentors, and very hands on…no nonsense…i learnt an incredible lot, and enjoyed myself.

oh, and if you have an ego, leave it at the door as you walk in.

i attended the one in siem reap at the same time as the photo festival. great crew of photographers in the workshop. gary knight is the man. fun nightlife. totally worth it.

Im going to the one in Siem Reap in November, I’d not read any comments about it before reading this, glad to see it’s praised so highly.

I attended the workshop last year in Siem Reap with Gary and it was an amazing experience. Gary is a cool cat and Siem Reap is a charming town filled with gentle people. Learn a few phrases in Khmer and you will win over the locals. I just got back from living in Siem Reap for two months so if anybody has any questions send me an email.
