Entering Belarus applying visa at the airport

People,

I will be going to Minsk to do an assigment.
Any of you have experience of getting into Belarus or know if the Inmigration at Minsk airport is complicated since I will be going with my Spanish passport and try to get the visa at the entrance.

Also if you know a hotel where I can stay, with internet access and center located.
