Ok, so in order to successfully coexist with fellow photographers in my current project, it occured to me that we are in desperate need of caption books/notebooks. They should contain at least a place for date and be lined. Spot for location and phone number is an added benefit.

I know that the slim and lined reporters notebooks and the moleskin books work well for many (myself included), however, I am looking for something more sophisticated

I know that National Geographic equips there photogs with a small spiral bound notebook with pressure sensitive copy paper and places to put the date and location (they are the most commonly forgotten info, therefore the most desired).
