I hijacked a previous thread last week but wanted to start a new one in the hope that I can collect some more advice. Thanks to Paulo Nunes dos Santos for some valuable insight already.

I’m planning a trip in March to the Sahrawi camps in Tindouf Province. It’s a personal project so I’m arranging all contacts and support on my own. I’m particularly interested in tracing immigration routes to Europe so will most likely end up spending some time in Algiers and Morocco as well. If anyone has recently been there (Tindouf) or is knowledgeable about the area, travel logistics, and latest customs/border policies please let me know.

I’m also interested in arranging for a translator/fixer who is familiar with the camps and the western provinces and occupied territories. Any contacts and recommendations will be much appreciated.
