Hi All,

I am heading to Southern Sudan for work with an NGO and am thinking about taking my camera along (D40X don’t laugh:) to take some photos.

I’m a bit of an avid amateur and incredibly interested in photojournalism (if there were money in it id be there!), would there be any point in collecting some images to sell to agencies/wires? How would one suggest I go about this. If anything I hope to build a portfolio of work as I move around with my daytime job next year.

I’ll be in one of the main tension/border areas between north and south, seemings the CPA is falling apart, it may be a legit experience to sell and pay for my expensive habits…
