Working in Thailand.

Anybody worked in Thailand lately? Heading to Mae Sot, on the Burmese border in the northern provinces for a longtime medical client in a few weeks. Was in the south along the beaches when I was on active duty; but that was 20 years ago, which of course is a lifetime. Just looking for current feedback, tips, etc.

I’ve lived in Thailand for the past 12 years and came back from Mae Sot yesterday. I’m not sure what sort of information you’re after but – BRING AN UMBRELLA. I got 2-3 hours of sunlight the last day I was there but it rained the whole time I was there.
