I would like to travel to Libya and I’ve been in contact with some travel organizers. They would charge somewhere between 80 and 155 € per day. I find that a bit expensive, but I guess it’s normal since you have to travel with a tour guide. I’m wondering if you guys have had any experience traveling in Libya on a tight budget or without a official tour guide? Well, any advice would be welcome!

This is not a work trip per se, more a reckon trip for future work so the cost is important.
