I’m 47 years old. I live in Zakinthos, Greece.
Photography for me is a way for being in the world, responding to it and make it all worthwhile.
I have studied photography and sociology but I don’t make my living from photography.
If I had to, I would describe myself as a freelance amateur.
Some of my work, and not always the best, has been published in travel magazines in Greece. This is just a way to finance my personal long-term projects and a good excuse to travel.
I have done a few excibitions and some individual photographs of mine have been published in art photography magazines.
Two of my photographs were nominated in 2008 “Spider Awards” contest http://www.thespiderawards.com/gallery/gallery.php?x=a&cid=25&g=n
My first book on Blurb is titled “Ganian” and it is based on my first project, many years back, on the die-hard goers of the old horse-track of Faliro in Athens.
