Canon support, yes, I need help again

All right,

So, as of my last post, one body is in the shop here, waiting no less than 15 days for a part to come in….. Three months after buying two 20D’s they have both completely failed on me.

After searching and searching the net on my very slow connection, I have not come up with a single, solitary email address that I can lodge my formal letter of complaint to Canon, U.S.A or otherwise.

Does anyone out there have a few email contacts there, possibly with Canon Professional Services/ or someone in some sort of management position?

Try Mr. Chuck Westfall aka Dr. C at

Or try East Coast Representative David Sparer

They will treat you like royalty. Or point you in the right direction.

How is the Rasa?

You might want to try Jess at CPS as well (cacpsservice@cusa.canon.com).

aint no thing, scottie. (at least not for me, shinji does all the work around here).
two suggestions — if you talk to the canon people, invite them to join LS — they of all people should be hearing these real world product reviews, and should have answers for future questions. Same for any nikon reps and techs out there.

second thing - if you’re in Delhi, and haven’t met him already, you should meet Deepak Puri. He pretty much runs asia - He’ll know where to go locally, and an intro from him may well get your gear fixed faster.
